BVS Welcomes + Animal Emergency To Our Location!
The emergency service is open evenings, weekends and holidays. It was started to provide overnight and afterhours support for hospitalized patients, previously seen referral patients that required attention after normal business hours, and the central Kentucky pet community as a whole. Our goal is to take care of your pet and get them back home or to their primary care veterinarian. A transfer or referral to specialty from emergency can be done if indicated; the referral must come from the primary care veterinarian. This can be accomplished via phone the following business morning to avoid stress of transporting to and from individual clinics.
